Project for English Class
Overview:
Throughout the semester, we will be diving into a writing project called
The Writers' Circle. The goal of the project is to build a community or “circle”
of writers who are thoroughly engaged in reading, writing, sharing, and
learning together. We will develop a writing routine, much like Free Your Mind
Friday, that allows us to drop everything for a short time and write about
unique prompts and share in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Ultimately, the more we write,
the better writers we will be. Feel free to offer suggestions for writing
prompts and ways to share each other’s work. Happy writing!
